When will I get my worms?
Due to the nature of the live fish bait/frozen worms, orders are usually shipped on Monday of each week. So, all orders from the previous week will ship on Monday of the following week.

Where can we ship to?
Due to the nature of frozen products, we only ship on Monday of each week. Orders from the previous week will be shipped then.
The Standard Ground Box includes a $12 charge for the box. The box can be re-used as well as the gel packs (just put them back in the freezer).
When shipping Catalpa Worms or Frozen Bait the freeze packs will thaw in transit (and some packs of worms will thaw slightly), this is a normal situation especially during hot summer months. REMOVE THE BAIT from the shipping container and place directly into a freezer for several hours before handling the bait any further. We can ship the worms to you in a special insulated container to guarantee they get to you frozen, but before you order you must contact us for instructions and cost.

We sell a limited number of Frozen and Live Catawba Worms online. Check the webpage for updates on inventory.

What will my frozen bait look like when it arrives?
Some boxes during the summer months will have some thawing in the packages. Just re-freeze the bags of worms. Make sure someone will be at home the day of the delivery, as we are not responsible for packages left out in the heat.

How do I return the Super Insulated Container?
Get your frozen worms out and put them back in a freezer. Re-seal the box along with the freezies.
Apply the label to the outside of the box, tape it on and put the box on the front porch (or a place where the UPS/FED EX can find it). We will schedule a Pickup or call tag for the next day.
